The goal of CiMBa Start-Up and Small Business Support, LLC (“CiMBa”) is to guide and assist new business owners with Missouri LLC formation, which includes:

• Researching your preferred business name for availability

• Preparing and filing of Articles of Organization

• Applying for an Employer Identification Number with IRS

• Preparing an Operating Agreement

• Researching whether or not a State Business License is needed

• Researching if a City or County Business License is needed

• Obtaining any Business Licenses required

CiMBa was founded in 2025 by Cindy Brooks, a seasoned paralegal with more than 30 years of experience working in the legal field in and around St. Louis County and St. Charles County, Missouri.
