The goal of CiMBa Start-Up and Small Business Support, LLC (“CiMBa”) is to help individuals who want to form a legal Limited Liability Company (“LLC”) in the State of Missouri without having to do it on their own, or paying more than necessary for an online services, or getting services they do not need (subscriptions are often hidden within online packages available).

We believe that honesty, transparent pricing, reliable support, attention to detail, and professionalism are basic standards of doing business.

Any business formed in Missouri is required to appoint a Registered Agent to accept Service of Process and to provide a publicly listed, in-state address that is available during normal business hours. CiMBa can provide this service to any Missouri LLC formed by CiMBa.

CiMBa was founded in 2025 by Cindy Brooks, a former paralegal with more than 30 years of experience working in the legal field in and around St. Louis County and St. Charles County, Missouri. Cindy is naturally drawn to the legal field because researching, navigating processes, learning new things, and finding solutions has always genuinely inspired and motivated her. She is driven by the desire to work in a field that others do not always understand and to help others. The founder’s experience, knowledge and desire to know and understand the laws around business formations is an asset for business owners seeking to form an LLC.

CiMBa is not a law firm or an accountant and will not provide any legal or tax advice. All services are delivered with a clear respect for professional boundaries and established legal standards.
