About CiMBa?

CiMBa Start-Up and Small Business Support, LLC (“CiMBa”) was founded in 2025 by Cindy Brooks, a seasoned paralegal with more than 30 years of experience working in the legal field in and around St. Louis County and St. Charles County, Missouri. CiMBa offers virtual freelance independent contractor paralegal support specializing in LLC business formation.

The goal is to guide and assist new business owners, solo and small business attorneys with business formation. Some of the necessary tasks CiMBa provides are business‑name searches, preparation and filing of Articles of Incorporation, applying for EINs, and researching and obtaining local and state business licenses. Business clients needing legal or tax advice will be referred to attorneys or accountants.
